Liability Waiver

This waiver applies to all participation at The Bakyard including Cross Training, beach volleyball training, court rentals, private lessons, scrimmages, tournaments, team practices, birthday parties, and special events.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand participation in athletic and recreational activities involves inherent risks including falls, collisions, sprains, dehydration, heat-related illness, equipment use, trampoline use, sand court activities, and injuries caused by other participants. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I release and hold harmless The Bakyard, Darcy Keith, coaches, trainers, volunteers, employees, property owners, and affiliates from any liability, claims, demands, injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation or presence on the property.

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

In the event of an emergency, I authorize The Bakyard representatives to obtain medical treatment for myself or my child if necessary. I understand I am financially responsible for medical expenses incurred.

MINOR PARTICIPANTS

If signing for a minor participant, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and give permission for participation in all activities at The Bakyard.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

I grant permission for photos and videos taken during activities at The Bakyard to be used for promotional, marketing, social media, and website purposes without compensation.

RULES & SAFETY

Participants agree to follow all safety rules, instructions, and property guidelines. Failure to follow rules may result in removal from activities without refund.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I have carefully read this agreement, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
